We collect or use all the following information to meet requirements, bookings and to communicate with guests via phone calls, messages or emails.
- All information needed will be collected from you directly with your consent.
- We require the names, DOB, and contact information for all guests. An address for the main booking guest will also be needed.
- Payment details (including card details or banking information for direct debits)
- All information on guests over the age of 16 will be kept for 12 months from the bookings check in date.
- Personal information will be stored securely and limit access to authorised individuals. This is so if anything arises in this period of time from the check in date we have the information needed to contact yourselves.
- Previous guests' will be sent marketing and promotions within the 12 months will be sent to them directly via email, so if they wish to rebook with ourselves they have access to the promotions first. If they wish to opt out of this option they can send an email at any time to inform us.
- Guests can ask for their information to be erased at any time after their stay under the “Right to be forgotten” Policy. Once the property has been checked after the guests have checked out and the damage deposit refunded.
- We do not share any personal information with anyone unless it is for legal reasons.
- Guests have the right to ask us for the copies of their personal data we hold.
- Your rights to rectify personal data that you may discover to be inaccurate or incomplete.
- You have the right to erase personal data at any time in certain circumstances.
- You have the right to ask us for the restrictions or objections of processing your personal data in certain circumstances.
- Data portability, you have the right to ask us to transfer your personal data you submitted to us to other organisations in certain circumstances.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent.
To exercise your rights you don't normally need to pay a fee. Any request made by guests we have a calendar month to respond back. If you wish to make a data protection rights request please contact us via the contact details we have provided at the top of this policy.
If you are still have concerns with how we have used your personal data provided to us by yourselves, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
